A prominent criminal gang boss in Zamfara State has been taken into custody by Nigerian Police Force agents.
The police command’s spokesman, Muhammad Shehu, confirmed the development to reporters on Friday in Gusau, the state’s capital. He said the terrorist, who goes by the name Alhaji Bello, was captured while his gang attempted to attack communities in the state’s Anka and Bukkyum Local Government Areas.
According to the claim, Bello and his syndicates specialize in wrecking cars to steal money, according to Journalist.
Two AK47 rifles, two made-up guns, 236 pieces of 7.62mm live ammunition, and money are among the items allegedly found during their detention.
According to Shehu, the police pursued the renowned gang after receiving information about their intended activity in Zamfara communities.
The PPRO reported that “N3.5 million was recovered from the suspects.”

The former Nigerian Army Lance Corporal was apprehended while transferring two guns, a cache of ammunition, and eight empty magazines to his customer, according to the command’s spokesman who described the scenario.
The PPRO claimed that the former soldier had become a well-known kidnapper and armed robber after being heavily involved in the gunrunning industry.
On his route to Zamfara, according to SP Shehu, Lawal was stopped in a Pontiac Vibe with the Lagos license plate KRD 686 CY on the Abuja-Kaduna Highway.
