A father suspected of kidnapping and killing his 15-year-old daughter in Kogi State has been detained by police.
A friend of the girl’s father was also arrested, according to SP William Ovye-Aya, the state’s police spokesman, who confirmed the event to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Lokoja.
He claimed that a second person had been listed as wanted.
The Federal Polytechnic Idah employs the suspects, according to a police spokesperson.
